This podcast is well worth a listen, thought-provoking but also entertaining. Obie Fernandez makes some great points, particularly about programming moving up the abstraction ladder and also his point about accountability. I think he’s spot on.

Their latest episode is a good follow-up too. Some good stuff in there especially on the topic of reading / not reading code.
